Area Sales manager (Wind Energy)

Mistras are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager with experience selling into the Wind Industries with an engineering background, This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly-experienced sales team and become part of a leading and growing company.  You’ll be working closely with prospective clients, our growing wind team and Business Development Team, you should be able to evaluate the clients, repair, inspection and NDT requirements and propose suitable technical solutions from our wide range of solutions.

You’ll be responsible for promoting and selling Mistras services to current and potential new markets, actively working with clients and potential clients to understand their requirements, feed these back to the technical function and to ensure that potential new service offerings can be developed or adjusted to meet these requirements. You’ll also assist with and direct where appropriate our proposal offerings to ensure these meet with what has been sold or expected by the client.

You’ll need to develop appropriate sales plans for your area to meet budgetary requirements and support the overall company budgetary commitments and to ensure that adequate long and short term wins are highlighted in the sales funnel in our database.

You’ll need to have great relationship building skills and actively collaborate to propose intergroup service line opportunities to the benefit of company and to work with counterparts from other business areas within Mistras to land these opportunities

You’ll also have the experience to provide feedback to the operations departments on client perceived satisfaction with our offerings and deliveries
